A draft plan for the park was released earlier this month based on feedback from residents about what they wanted. The Playford Alive Town Park, which will be built along Peachey Rd, north of Curtis Rd, will also include toilets, a BMX zone, outdoor cafe and a basketball court. The Northern Messenger took to the street last week to ask local parents what they thought about the new designs. Davoren Park dad Mark Brad- bury, 30, usually takes his sons to the nearby Douglas Drive play- ground in Munno Para West but said he would definitely take his children to the larger park once it was fin- ished. ''We love coming here,'' Mr Brad- bury said.
